Job Description:

Systems Analysis position is responsible for analysing and evaluating business & system requirements, consulting with personnel from various departments and identifying areas for the development of technical solutions to automate and/or improve business processes.

The position works independently with limited supervision. The position will exhibit strong communication and technical skills to support stakeholders and project clients.

To be successful the candidate should have at least 5 years of working experience as Systems Analyst.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements and objectives into system level requirements for use by development and testing teams.
- Perform data analysis and documentation of system processes, and data flows.
- Communicate with stakeholders, clients, external vendors and Software Development team members to build dynamic solutions that meet the business needs of our various clients.
- Facilitate and lead collaborative meetings as needed for successful implementation of complex project goals.
- Perform troubleshooting on production issues, infrastructure configurations, and user related defects that arise on a day-to-day basis to support the business.
- Act as a resource for completing system configurations such as permissions, security, and rules.

• Exhibit strong verbal and writing skills to communicate information effectively to multiple levels.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts.

• Work on assignments that are complex, cross functional, and broad in scope
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate closely with QA, development, Architect, and support teams throughout the solution lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of systems, documentation, and processes
• Capable of creating end to end Process Flows

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Skills:

• SQL Skillset

• Proficient knowledge and practical use of relational databases and data modelling concepts.

• Proficient use of Agile processes to decompose epics into features and add detailed acceptance criteria in the user stories.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills

• Experience with process modelling tools such as Lucid Chart

• Experience with integration analysis tools such as Apigee, Postman.

• Experience with ETL and data integration tools such as Talend and Informatica.
