Essential Responsibilities include:
- Acts as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) related to Kantata configuration and business processes leveraging Kantata.
- Responsible for developing and maintaining system documentation including business process flows, data flows, system configuration, and integration documentation.
- Executes ongoing maintenance, evaluates requirements, and configures Kantata as needed and directed to meet evolving business needs.
- Provides support to both business users and technical personnel on the proper use of Kantata relative to their needs.
- Support all system administration activities in Kantata including maintaining users, accounts, licenses, page layouts, report development and changes, and custom fields.
- Troubleshoot any issues, gather diagnostics, and interact with ServiceNow and/or Kantata ticketing systems and support team.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
