SharePoint Functional Site Administrator/Content Manager JD
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SharePoint content (building sites, pages, libraries – using SharePoint best practices with metadata and overall content management standardization – with guidance)
- Manage and maintain SharePoint user permissions:
Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with security policies. - Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve SharePoint issues, providing timely support to minimize disruptions in service.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design and deploy SharePoint solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience. (New sites, pages, libraries)
- Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain user documentation, training materials, and provide end-user training and support to facilitate effective use of SharePoint.
- System Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and assessments of SharePoint usage and performance, recommending enhancements as necessary.
