Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance to Senior Leadership on HR-related matters and contribute to organizational planning and decision-making processes.
- Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to integrate new employees into the organization.
- Serve as the corporate interface for human resources and payroll coordination.
- Develop, update, and communicate human resources policies and procedures.
- Track employee satisfaction, address grievances, and initiate improvement processes.
- Maintain personnel data including employment and other pertinent information.
- Maintain the privacy and security of employee information, files, and performance reviews.
- Participate in training activities and coordinate development efforts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues while resolving conflicts and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and fairness.
- Review and make recommendations on salary, bonuses, and awards.

- Manages a large team or multiple smaller teams typically comprised of other managers, supervisors and/or experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments.

- Typically has hiring, firing, promotion and reward authority within own area, in accordance with manager review and approval.


Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
