Job Purpose:
A key leadership role accountable for the development and implementation of an operational Management Information (MI) strategy. The role also involves identifying and implementing best practices to drive improvement in the operation, fostering a culture of innovation, and conducting regular process reviews.
The role will lead Contract Performance input on DWP change requests and internal change project working groups, providing insights and feedback to integrate contract performance considerations. The role will build and maintain strong relationships with key senior internal stakeholders, communicate effectively, and act as a point of contact for inquiries and concerns.
Salary - £45000 - £50000
Home based.
Closing date - 5pm on 3rd March.
