Role Summary
To lead the organisation’s in-life commercial management across live contracts, ensuring commercial value is protected and enhanced through effective negotiation, disciplined decision-making and robust management of commercial risk.
As the Principal Commercial Directorate, this role ensures commercial excellence across the lifecycle of contracts — from negotiation and mobilisation through to delivery and change control. The post holder will lead a high-performing commercial team and work in close partnership with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other key functions to maximise commercial opportunities, safeguard margin, ensure compliance with obligations, and manage risk.
This is a pivotal role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on commercial leadership, supporting the Managing Director in driving sustainable growth, strong client relationships, and delivery of contractual and financial commitments.
