To promote through a variety of methods the RESTART programme including the delivery of webinars, workshops, networking and feedback route ways to JCP Work Coaches and SPOCs (Single Points of Contact). To develop and manage strong relationships with JCP to generate eligible and suitable referrals to the RESTART programme to meet contract profiles. Supporting the promotion of account managed vacancies to JCP Work Coaches to generate suitable referrals to maximise job outcome performance.


  • To develop and manage relationships with JCP Work Coaches and SPOCs to deliver contract profile volumes of starts on the RESTART programme
    • Develop relationships with JCP Managers, SPOCs and Work Coaches in order to maximise the volume of eligible and suitable referrals to RESTART
    • Utilise data and profiles to monitor referral and start volumes, being responsive in engagement where it is required to increase referrals or tackle issues with eligibility/suitability
    • Work with the Regional Account Managers to identify suitable future opportunities to proactively promote referrals to programme through JCP Work Coaches
    • Work with the operational team to identify and produce case studies and good news stories
    • Support social media campaigns, networking and JCP relationships through sharing of positive news stories and successes to promote the opportunity
  • To deliver an ongoing programme of local JCP meetings, information and feedback sessions
  • To work effectively with the Onboarding and Engagement Manager and JCP Gatekeepers to identify reasons for ineligible and unsuitable referrals. Working with JCP colleagues to support information sessions with JCP Work Coaches to reduce incidences.
  • Work with Community Partner Network to ensure that provision is appropriate to the need of programme participants. Monitor and promote usage of provision by Recruitment Advisors in the identified geography.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of all activity and output by:
    • Tracking of contacts with JCP, including frequency of meetings
    • Monthly reporting of progress against actions and benchmarks

This role is to cover Bromley & Greenwich branches and is fully office based.

Essential

  • Knowledge of JCP referral processes
  • Ability to network and promote services of benefit to customers
  • Extensive experience of customer relationship development
  • Customer focused with a strong commitment to customer care
  • Significant experience of delivering successful plans to agreed timescales
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to a wide range of communication and learning styles
  • Demonstrable influencing skills that promote commitment and action
  • Ability to manage conflicting objectives and demonstrate strong negotiation skills to resolve any issues
  • Strong completer/finisher with the ability to plan and organise people, workloads and business plan to meet challenging targets and deadlines
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong team player with a positive and flexible approach to both work and colleagues
  • Ability to travel independently nationally.
Desirable
  • Previous experience of working with JCP provision



Key Business Priorities
  • Delivery of an agreed pattern of JCP engagements, depending on need and priority  
  • Meeting contract profile referral volumes 
  • Maximising of referrals to start conversions of at least 80%, reducing ineligible and unsuitable referrals against benchmark
