Role Summary
The Reward Manager supports the Total Reward team assisting in the design, delivery, and ongoing management of Maximus UKs reward strategy, ensuring it supports business objectives, attracts and retains talent, and promotes fairness, compliance, and commerciality. The role supports all aspects of total reward, including pay, benefits, incentives, job evaluation, and governance.
