The Supply Chain Delivery Manager will lead a network of Supply Chain Partners (SCPs), responsible for delivering a proportion of PIP assessment volumes. They will be responsible for the performance management of the supply chain partners, in line with the strategy set out by the Supply Chain Director. They will be responsible for driving continuous improvement throughout the supply chain to ensure year on year performance improvement and effective collaboration with the Contract Performance Director to ensure Maximus and SCP delivery is complementary.




1. Assure SCP delivery and processes adhere to service scope and SubContractor agreement
2. Oversee meeting of all Target Performance Levels and Quality of assessments, in co-ordination with the TPL Manager
3. Enable SCPs to achieve monthly volume profile and overall contractual volumes by ensure requisite volumes are flowed through from Maximus Support Centres to SCP, and customer referrals are progressed in a timely manner by SCP
4. Ensure that Maximus and SCP delivery is complementary. Build and maintain relationships with the SCPs that foster a collaborative approach, sharing good practice and a ensuring a drive for continuous improvement across all aspects of performance
5. Support/coach under-performing supply chain partners to improve any aspect of under-performance vs. expectation, including through the formal Rectification Plan Process
6. Act as a conduit between Maximus and SCPs, providing regular performance updates, issuing of formal notifications and communications and delivery of responses

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
  • Proven leadership capability with a strong track record as motivator of people operating both physically in teams and remotely
  • Demonstratable experience successfully managing a Supply Chain contract/performance
  • Track record of successful developing positively Senior Stakeholder relationships
Desirable
  • Experience of driving continuous improvement strategies to successful completion
  • Demonstrable commercial and financial acumen
