Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external communication and change processes; act as the primary point of contact.
- Work with functional area directors/managers and subject matter experts to define specific change requirements.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.
- Increase effectiveness of project documentation such as reports and client communication.
- Obtain status updates and resolves questions from operational areas.
- Educate staff on contract performance expectations.
- Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 7-9 years of related professional experience.
Expertise in both the Medicare and Marketplace programs and systems required. Experience developing training and scripting for a healthcare call center is highly preferred.
