Maximus is excited to announce a rewarding opportunity for a Hybrid Remote Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Hamilton, New Jersey. This position is essential to the success of our Hamilton office, focusing on raising awareness and participation in the New Jersey Paternity Program.
As an Outreach Coordinator, you will travel 10-15% of the time within Central New Jersey. Your primary duties will involve working with Hospitals, Vital Statistic Offices, Child Support and Community Programs to promote program education and enrollment options.
This is a Hybrid Remote, full-time position working Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern Time. The ideal candidate will live in or very near Hamilton, NJ.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between local offices and area agencies, nurturing relationships and aiding cases requiring additional support through the enrollment process.
- Cultivate connections with community leaders, representing the organization and engaging various stakeholders.
- Act as the primary contact for agencies to resolve issues and assist specific cases navigating the enrollment process.
- Conduct outreach presentations to recipients and community members as required, offering information on program education and enrollment options.
- Foster positive relationships with county staff, state agencies, community groups, and recipients, ensuring collaborative efforts.
- Perform outreach activities including phone calls, home visits, and community presentations in the field when necessary.
- Acquire and maintain knowledge of the community, actively participating in community events and relevant activities.
- Provide ongoing reports on outcomes derived from outreach efforts.
- Educate clients and Agency Staff through phone and email communication to support program initiatives.
- High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
