Description & Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage correspondence supervisors by providing ongoing management and developing their leadership skills to meet business needs.
- Support audits by ensuring requested information are provided within the time-frame's requests and that the documentation and responses are accurate.
- Identify customer requirements and develop plans for correspondence delivery.
- Identify and recruit appropriate resources and assign individual responsibilities.
- Monitor performance of subordinates according to established monitoring standards, conduct performance appraisals, make decisions on personnel actions including hiring, firing and disciplinary actions.
- Develop schedules to ensure timely completion of final delivery of a solution to meet customer requirements.
- Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures.
- Collect and review correspondence volumes; determine how to use resources to meet the key performance metrics for said times.
- Facilitate and deliver Correspondence Agent & Supervisor trainings as required under department guidelines depending on business needs.
- Manage the daily timekeeping system for correspondence supervisors and agents.
- Work closely with the local Human Resources team on creating and delivering corrective action plans for staff including leadership, including termination.
- Work closely with other departments on site action plans and implementation to meet fluctuating business needs.
- Generate daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports based upon project management requests.
Additional Requirements Per Client:
- FSA, Department of Education experience preferred
- Must reside in the U.S.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check.
- Must not be delinquent or in default on any Federal Student Loans.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- 5-7years of relevant professional experience required.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree
- Employment and continued employment are contingent upon obtaining and maintaining a favorable clearance.
- Final suitability determination is the sole discretion of the Department of Education.
- Obtaining and Maintaining a PIV-I card is a requirement of this position.

- Bachelor's degree in related field.
