Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Team Lead to support the Iowa Core Standardize Assessments (IA CSA) Program.
The Operations Team Lead will support back-office administrative operations, including building and maintaining manual processes, creating and updating tracking tools, assisting supervisor with daily and monthly reports, and managing communications with internal and external program partners. This position requires strong organizational skills to manage high-volume email correspondence, scheduling, and work across multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

This is a full-time position that is fully remote in the US.
**Position is contingent upon contract award.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead small projects or testing of soft releases.
- Ensure test cases or tasks are developed and assigned to staff.
- Oversee systems and logging of software issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Ability to lead or participate in meetings, drive outcomes, and collaborate in a team setting.
- Ensure individual and service level standards are met or exceeded, and team members are appropriately trained.
- Ensure processes are working to support customer needs and continuous process improvement.
- Ensure the overall volume of work produced/software tested meets or exceeds quality standards.
- Ensure staff maintains an updated knowledge of all programs.
- High school diploma or GED required and 6+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
