Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research, plan, organize and deliver educational sessions pertaining to Admin issues and Tech support for Independent Contractors (IC’s). This includes all preparation work for a virtual session.
- Maintain accurate tracking of candidate activity to ensure timely completion of R&C activities to comply with established turnaround times.
- Be the liaison between the Training department and the Recruiting and Credentialing (R&C) department, keeping them informed of the sessions that are scheduled for the week; giving updates of the state of the candidate (rescheduled, dropped) and confirming all requirements from R&C and Training are complete before notifying Ops candidate is ready to be activated.
- Responsible for adjusting/updating educational material as needed to ensure the independent contractors understand the Administrative and Technology component of each contract.
- High school diploma or GED required and 2+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
