Maximus is hiring a Analyst - Data Analytics to support the Indiana Level of Care (IN LCAR) program. The Analyst will work with program and analytics staff, clinical SME's and state clients to pull, analyze and interpret data elements related to operational and client needs.

The Indiana Level of Care Assessment and Referral (IN LCAR) program is a statewide initiative focused on evaluating and determining the appropriate level of care for individuals seeking long-term services and support. The program ensures that individuals receive assessments tailored to their needs, facilitates connections to the appropriate resources, and supports efficient transitions between care settings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy advanced methods to analyze operational data and derive meaningful, actionable insights for stakeholders and business development partners.

- Serve as point of contact for data and analytical usage, particularly in the appropriate uses and limitations of statistical and analytical applications.

- Analyze extracted data, identify trends and provide insights and analyses around operations and project data.

- Develop and implement new metrics, functions, and scripts as KPIs and in existing BI/Dashboards as needed.

- Ad hoc tool development to support operational and under served analytical areas.

- Learning emerging technologies and systems of need for company initiatives.

- Activities to support team communication and strategy implementation (meetings, etc.).

- Project management activities.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- 3 years experience working with operations, preferably in the Government or Healthcare Industry.
- A thorough understanding of analysis of healthcare and social determinant variables, collection and interpretation of data, and inferential analysis required.

Preferred Requirements
- 5 years experience working with operations, preferably in the Government or Healthcare Industry.
Skilled in SQL
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient in SSRS
- Proficient in Power BI
- Proficient with SAS

Home Office Requirements

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
