Description & Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of digital media campaigns across a variety of paid advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic vendors to support talent attraction initiatives.
- Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure ad visuals and messaging align with campaign goals.
- Assist in tracking media budgets, pacing, and performance to ensure campaigns stay on target.
- Analyze campaign metrics and help optimize performance by adjusting bids, audiences, and placements as needed.
- Prepare and distribute performance reports, offering insights and trends to stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and support invoicing, trafficking, and campaign QA.
- Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to talent attraction.
-Assist in day-to-day marketing and advertising efforts, strategies, and reporting

-Strong communication skills
-Marketing background skills preferred
-Digital Advertising experience preferred
-Social media and/or creating and managing a digital advertising campaign preferred
-2 years of Digital Advertising experience preferred
