Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clinical Administrative Lead to support the Indiana Level of Care Assessment and Reassessment (IN LCAR) program at Maximus. This role plays a vital part in assisting with IN LCAR assessments and health and wellness waivers, with comprehensive training provided to ensure success. The Admin Lead will be responsible for supporting back-office administrative functions, including implementing and maintaining manual build processes, creating and updating tracking sheets, assisting supervisors with daily and monthly reporting, and managing communication with program partners. Additionally, this position will require strong organizational skills to handle daily emails, scheduling, and the utilization of multiple Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. About the program: The Indiana Level of Care Assessment and Referral (IN LCAR) program is a statewide initiative focused on evaluating and determining the appropriate level of care for individuals seeking long-term services and support. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide high level customer support to internal and external customers. 
- Responsible for assigning and coordinating referrals for contract work to appropriate parties
- Computer data entry
- Perform all job duties in compliance with Person First standards, HIPAA guidelines, and company confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Complete assignments within established compliance standards and timelines
- Monitor multiple work queues daily to ensure cases move quickly through each process stage. 
- Identify and resolve data errors 
- Provide mentoring/training and guidance to other Administrative Coordinators
- Assists with training new staff
- Works on a variety of assignments requiring considerable judgement and initiative.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Responsible for scheduling for multiple areas of the program around Medicaid application assistance, level of care and intake counseling as needed
- Complete assignments and daily task based on project SLAs
- Perform quality reviews including identifying and resolving data errors
- Assist with creating new policy and procedures and updating as needed
- Ability to work on multiple assignments
- Daily tracking and upkeep
- Daily task reporting and assignments of assessments and waivers 
Minimum Requirements


- High School Degree or equivalent and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, or Associate Degree with minimum 4 years or relevant experience
o    Clinical office experience preferred

- Proficient in MS Office Suite

Preferred Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in clinical services

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
