Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking a Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic Clinical Services team for the Independent Contractor (IC) Recruiting & Credentialing. The Clinical Recruiting & Sourcing Coordinator is responsible for recruitment of clinical and medical professionals for contract assessment work. This role involves sourcing, screening, and interviewing Independent Contractors, as well as documenting and updating recruiting tools such as Excel and Smartsheet. The Coordinator will also manage credentialing processes to ensure all IC applications, documents, and files meet accreditation requirements and align with industry best practices. Additionally, this position includes coordinating clinical interviews and supporting other recruiting-related tasks as assigned.

**This is a fully remote position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Source and screen clinical/medical professionals (Independent Contractors) for contract assessment work

- Document and update recruiting tools (Excel, Smartsheet, etc.)

- Ensure Independent Contractors application, documents, and files are complete meeting accreditation requirements and best practices

- Coordinate and schedule clinical interviews

Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Experience with remote work is preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with an outgoing, outspoken, and extroverted personality
- Demonstrated integrity in professional conduct
- Ability to be patient and flexible with changes and updates

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
