Maximus is seeking a Mailroom Team Lead to support our Missouri Income Maintenance Program in Jefferson City, MO. In this pivotal role, you will lead a dedicated mailroom team, drive high-quality performance, and cultivate a collaborative and efficient work environment.

This is an onsite, full-time position working Monday through Friday, from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM Central time. The ideal candidate will live in or very near Jefferson City, MO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day activities of mailroom staff, ensuring compliance with mailing timeframes.
- Ensure 100% quality control and accuracy of all outbound mailings, whether in-house or fulfillment vendor mailing.
- Oversee quality control and fulfillment vendor and mailroom activities including exceptions, potential count discrepancies, return mail, and accuracy of fulfillment materials.
- Provide regular and ad hoc fulfillment activity reports to Manager.
- Assist mailroom staff in mail processing and movement of materials.
- High school diploma or GED required and 6+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
