What You Will Do:

The individual must be able to seamlessly comprehend and articulate financial and technology concepts, while maintaining a unique customer relations perspective. This individual must be able to effectively manage a team of resources in service of a mission-critical financial system. Excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively anticipate and remediate future challenges is essential.

• Successful candidate will be involved with problem identification, research, and coordinating/implementing a plan of action to resolve technical problems
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders on contractual, financial, and legal matters
• Primary point of contact for all team-related issues
• Accurately prioritize, categorize, escalate and manage incidents by impact to business or established SLA’s.
• Completing various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Due to contract requirements candidates must be US citizens and must not have dual citizenship with another country.
• Candidates will be required to pass an additional client-specific background check to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree; work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 1+ year of general work experience required. 
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques.
• Experience managing financial systems and/or payment processing methodologies and strategy.
• Experience with invoice tracking and monitoring.
• Customer relations and vendor engagement/management.
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts, rates, and payment schedules with customers.
• Experience in a sales-focused environment, creatively growing a customer base and leading outreach initiatives.
• Self-Starter and able to lead a team independently.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience. An applicant's salary history will not be used in determining compensation. Maximus will comply with regulatory minimum wage rates and exempt salary thresholds in all instances.
