Maximus is currently looking for a Director of PMO to join our Veterans Evaluation Services (VES) team. This is a remote job opportunity. The Director of PMO coordinates and oversees project assignments and execution in accordance with approved project plans, ensures all project deliverables are on-time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee project assignments and execution in accordance with approved project plans, ensure all project deliverables are on-time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.
- May provide and oversee training of stakeholders, operations staff, clinical staff, management, test groups, users, and other relevant entities.
- Develop the organization's Project Management policies, processes, and standards in conjunction with applicable peers and leadership.
- Evaluate, create, and maintain company branding standards across all products and product lines in close coordination with Corporate Communications.
- Provide leadership and direct supervision to assigned employees, including setting goals, monitoring work performance, coaching and evaluating results to ensure that objectives are met.
- Interpret policies, procedures, and goals of the organization for the team.
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- 5+ years of leadership/management experience.
