Maximus is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technology, business process services and marketing, possessing a deep understanding of both domains. This is a hybrid position with the need to occasionally attend meetings and/or events in the Tyson Corners, VA/ Washington, DC area. This position requires some travel. The selected candidate must live in this geographical area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mentor and coach team on the organization's sales process, ensure sales team achieves monthly metrics to include but not limited to: outbound calls, qualified leads, meeting schedules, maintain prospect database for email marketing, develop and execute marketing plan and distribute new content.
- Monitor sales pipeline reports and forecast, direct sales and marketing projects.
- Execute end-to-end management of webinars and conference attendance.
- Configure Salesforce changes and updates, ensure accuracy of information added, provide weekly and monthly reports to leadership.
- Build and maintain a relationship with prospects, using sales strategies in keeping with the organization's expectations
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in related field of study
- Minimum of 7 years of related work experience required
- Strong organizational, verbal, written, analytical, problem solving, teamwork and communication skills required
- A team player who has ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment delivering results and quality services.
- Strong organizational skills and discipline will be key attributes for success in this role that will involve simultaneously completing multiple tasks accurately while meeting aggressive deadlines
- Requires the ability to change the thinking of, or gain acceptance from, others in sensitive situations, without damage to the relationship.
