Description & Requirements

Maximus is seeking a Senior Technician, Salesforce to support stakeholders such as Finance, Sales, IT, Legal, HR, PMO, Security, and others that use our internal Salesforce instances to track and manage critical corporate activities. This is a remote position. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform user and license management for Salesforce including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups.

- Respond to, triage, and track to completion, user support tickets and requests.

- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders; document these requirements as stories/features and work with development team to test and deploy changes.

- Create and communicate training documentation to users.

- Perform basic configuration changes like field updates, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and permission settings.

- Potentially support other applications like Icertis, Costpoint, Coupa, and Smartsheet on occasion as needed.  
Minimum Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required and 4+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 

Desired Skills and Experience:
- Any Salesforce Certifications would be valuable.
- Organization Skills.
- General knowledge of computer systems and software.  
- Experience with IT Helpdesk and Support for enterprise application software.

Pay Transparency
Maximus compensation is based on various factors including but not limited to job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value analysis including seniority and merit systems, as well as internal pay alignment. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards. Additionally, Maximus provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off. Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
