Description & Requirements
The Data Operations Analyst is responsible for supporting core data processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of operational workflows, and enabling business teams through highโquality reporting and analysis. This role works closely with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to execute SQL queries, manage data files, support system changes, and provide documentation for audits and compliance needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal and external communication and change processes, act as the primary point of contact.
- Work with functional area directors/managers and subject matter experts to define specific change requirements.
- Understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements.
- Increase effectiveness of project documentation such as reports and client communication.
- Obtain status updates and resolve questions from operational areas.
- Draft clear and comprehensive business process documentation to support operational activities.
- Analyze and provide recommendations for internal process improvements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
